The Natural Family Co. from Jack N’ Jill is a natural toothpaste for babies, toddlers and children that is safe to swallow. It was first made in Melbourne, Australia in 1949; it continues to be made in Australia and is now available in more than 30 countries. With a background in pharmacy, Jack ‘n’ Jill set out to formulate the absolute safest toothpaste for children. Jack N’ Jill Toothpaste is 100% safe for young children – important because they have a tendency to swallow it, rather than spit it out!
The range includes original and whitening toothpaste, which are both free from flouride, sls, parabens and harsh chemicals; the ingredients are 70% organic. They taste great – gently minty. The packaging is attractive and the flip top easy for little fingers; it also stands well so the toothpaste is always ready for use. Alongside the toothpaste they have designed and manufactured the first children’s toothbrushes with handles that are made of NON GMO cornstarch, and are therefore biodegradable and recyclable.
We received two conventional toothbrushes, in a soft green and in white. These are soft enough for young children and have slightly angled handles, which are quite long. We also received a green toothbrush which comes with its own stand – practical and hygienic. The packaging is eco-friendly too. Great products which parents can use with confidence; all the products in the range make great gifts too – and there are lovely gift packs available. Buy from the website. The toothpastes are £4.99 and the toothbrushes are £3.69.
